History
In 1990 Effectory was founded by Arne Barends and Guido Heezen, graduates of Nijenrode University. The aim was to build Europe’s leading survey research provider. Today Arne and Guido continue to lead with a very much hands on approach. Our original survey with a small bank proved extremely successful which lead to a number of clients from the financial services industry choosing to switch to Effectory. Today Effectory operate across Europe and increasingly further afield through our clients global operations.
Over the 19 years that Effectory has operated we have developed and refined the industry’s most advanced practice, and we have actively built a normative database second to none. In addition to client benchmarks, Effectory also offer an independent pan European benchmark via our annual ‘European Motivation Index’ study.
In 2009 Effectory entered into a strategic partnership with Veritas to advance scientific research into employee attitudes and to jointly develop services that better address the needs of major employers.
