Our work with you is always customised, particularly in the areas of planning, group classification, communication and reporting. Also your questionnaire will be customised to you although we will always recommend certain questions based on the primary goal behind the survey and required outcomes. When developing a survey we take into account the views of a cross section of your workforce, the organisations overall strategy, your industry needs and we draw from a database of questions which are benchmarked to allow external comparison.
