Why Effectory?
Atradius chose Effectory because we find that they work efficiently, rapidly and pragmatically. The layout of the survey, as well as the results and the presentation materials are outstanding. We really feel that we are a priority, and this feeling reflects the success of our survey. We chose Effectory because when we were looking for a survey supplier, Effectory gave the best presentation, a clear, measurable example of the results, illustrated compact working methods, and best of all there was not too much numerical data which sometimes unnecessary complicates things.
Able to handle international surveys
Atradius is a large international organisation, so we needed a company that could step up to the challenge and positively implement the survey. The study was conducted smoothly in all countries due to good preparation (email addresses) and an effective mailing system.
Survey Outcomes
We’ve been able to focus on the countries with the lowest results and started improving the overall organisational performance from there. This is because the survey asks clear questions and we all had complete trust in Effectory and their ability to rapidly anticipate the needs of Atradius.
Human focus of management
As a result Atradius has better communication, a concentration on "human focus" of management, and awareness of the need to take the opinion of the staff into consideration. To this end we now have a complete management programme in which all of the managers are taught using the same method. I can now ask myself, ‘which leader do I want to be?’, ‘how I can lift my staff to a higher level?’, ‘how I can be a good coach?’, ‘how I can assess my employees in a fair way? equitable?’
ROI of the Effectory Survey
This module has been very successful and we are already feeling the benefits of the results by modifications of leadership behaviour at management level.
