European Motivation Index

We always compare your results to the European Motivation Index®, the largest and most current source of reference figures and benchmarks in Europe. Comparing your results to other organisations, either in the UK or another European country, will allow you to see how well you are actually performing.

Every year, Effectory conducts a large-scale European Employee Survey. The results of this survey are presented in the European Motivation Index®, which is a statistical representation of the work ethos in Europe.

Eight European countries are included in the survey: the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and Sweden. The European Motivation Index® provides you with an insight into the satisfaction, commitment, motivation and engagement of employees in these countries. In addition, we conduct surveys annually for clients in our European branches.

If you have branches in Europe, you can use this index to compare your results. By setting your results against those of a specific country, you gain instant insight into your organisation’s performance compared to the average score for that country, allowing you to see how well you are actually performing. Naturally, if you choose Effectory to conduct your survey, we will provide you with extensive comparisons to the benchmarks of your choice.
