The number of employees that you would like to include in your survey

You might wish to cut the data in order to get a better understanding of what is going in which organisational unit. Each individual team or unit receives its own management report. Please enter the number of different management reports you would like to receive.

There are many survey methods available. The most common methods are:

online: a web based survey
paper based: your employees receive a paper questionnaire at home or at work
combination: you give your employees the choice to either fill out the questionnaire online or on paper. Note: this method always result in the highest response rate but is also the least cost efficient method.
